Built as dedicated laundromat operations software
Not a generic CMMS or field-service repurpose. The product, language, and workflows are shaped around how multi-store laundromat operators actually run their stores.
About LaundryManagerPro
LaundryManagerPro is laundromat management software built for multi-store operators who refuse to run their business on group texts and spreadsheets. We focus on the operational reality of laundromats: repair tracking, preventive maintenance, and real machine intelligence — not the generic CMMS playbook that was never written for our industry.
Generic CMMS tools are built for forklifts, HVAC plants, and factory floors. Field-service software assumes you're dispatching a fleet of trucks. Neither fits a laundromat operator running two, five, or ten stores full of washers and dryers, with attendants and a handful of outside vendors. So we built the laundromat maintenance software we wanted to use: machine-centered work orders, a mobile workflow for technicians, preventive maintenance routines that live on the machine itself, and a dashboard that answers "what should I worry about today?" — and nothing else.
LaundryManagerPro is laundromat repair tracking software at its core — repair coordination, machine history, technician and vendor follow-through, and preventive maintenance. That's it. We don't process payments, we don't read telemetry, and we don't do POS, accounting, or inventory. If a feature doesn't make a tech's day shorter or a manager's queue clearer, it's not on our roadmap.
There's no sales bot. The contact form goes directly to a real inbox, and replies come from a real person, usually within a business day. If LaundryManagerPro isn't the right laundromat management software for your operation, we'll say so — we'd rather be right than push.

Every plan includes guided rollout so your stores, machines, team, and PM routines are in the system before your team is left to use it.
Sign-in, role-based permissions, and organization-level data separation. QR scans are shortcuts for signed-in staff, not public forms.
Reach out and you'll get a person, not a drip campaign. Ask hard questions and you'll get straight answers.
Schedule a walkthrough, ask a pricing question, or just tell us about your stores and we'll tell you if this fits.
