Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Northstar Logic Group LLC (“Northstar Logic Group LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our websites, create an account, or use the LaundryManagerPro service (collectively, the “Service”). It applies to personal information of website visitors, prospective customers, account holders, and authorized users of the Service.

Our commitment

We do not sell your data. Ever.

We do not sell, rent, license, or trade your personal information or your Customer Data to data brokers, advertisers, or any other third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This is a permanent commitment built into how we run the Service.

1. Introduction and Scope

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Use. Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Use. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Customer Data and Authorized Users. When we process personal information that you or your Authorized Users submit to the Service in the course of running your laundromat operations (for example, technician contact details or vendor records), we generally act as a service provider or processor on your behalf. Your own privacy policies and notices to your employees, contractors, and vendors govern how their personal information is collected and used in your business; this Privacy Policy describes our own practices as the operator of the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account information. Name, business name, email address, phone number, role, and password when you create or manage an account.
  • Billing information. When you subscribe to a paid plan, our third-party payment processor collects payment-card details and billing address on our behalf. We receive a token and limited billing metadata (such as the last four digits of your card and expiration date); we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Customer Data. Data you and your Authorized Users submit through the Service, including store and machine records, repair tickets, work orders, technician and vendor contacts, preventive-maintenance schedules, files, photos, and notes.
  • Support and communications. Information you share when you contact us through our contact form, via email, or in-Service chat or support tickets.
  • Marketing and event information. Information you provide when you request a demo, subscribe to communications, respond to surveys, or attend our events or webinars.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and connection data. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, language settings, time-zone, and referring URLs.
  • Usage data. Pages or screens visited, features used, actions taken, dates and times of access, performance and error data, and similar telemetry needed to operate and improve the Service.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. See Section 5 for details on cookies, local storage, and similar technologies we use.

2.3 Information From Third Parties

We may receive limited information from third parties such as our payment processor (transaction status), authentication providers (if you log in using a single-sign-on provider), analytics providers, and publicly available sources.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including authenticating users and personalizing your experience;
  • process subscriptions, billing, and payments;
  • respond to your inquiries, deliver customer support, and send service-related communications (such as outage, billing, and security notices);
  • monitor and protect the security, integrity, and availability of the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Use;
  • understand how the Service is used so we can improve features, performance, and reliability;
  • send marketing communications about our products and services where permitted by law (you can opt out at any time);
  • comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal process, and government requests; and
  • exercise or defend legal claims and enforce our agreements.

We may aggregate or de-identify information so that it no longer reasonably identifies a particular individual. We may use and share such aggregated or de-identified information for any lawful business purpose, including benchmarking, analytics, and improving the Service.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your data.

We do not sell, rent, license, or trade personal information or Customer Data to data brokers, advertisers, or other third parties for money or other valuable consideration. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”). We have not done so in the preceding 12 months and have no plans to do so.

We share information only as described below:

  • With your Authorized Users. Information you or your Authorized Users submit to the Service is accessible to other Authorized Users in your organization according to the role-based access controls you configure.
  • With service providers and sub-processors. We engage trusted vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, database infrastructure, payment processing, transactional email delivery, authentication, error monitoring, analytics, and customer support tooling. These providers are bound by written agreements limiting their use of personal information to providing services to us, requiring appropriate security safeguards, and prohibiting them from selling personal information.
  • For legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process; (b) enforce our Terms of Use or other agreements; (c) protect the rights, property, or safety of Northstar Logic Group LLC, our users, or the public; or (d) detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of company assets, or transition of service to another provider, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. The acquirer will be required to honor commitments materially consistent with this Privacy Policy, or we will provide notice and an opportunity to opt out where required by law.
  • With your consent. We may share information for other purposes with your direction or consent.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to (a) keep you signed in and remember preferences; (b) keep the Service secure; (c) understand how visitors and users interact with the Service; and (d) measure the effectiveness of our marketing. We use both first-party and limited third-party technologies, including analytics tools.

Most browsers let you refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Service may not function properly. Where required by law, we obtain consent for the use of non-essential cookies through a cookie banner or other mechanism.

We honor Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signals where required by applicable law. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, no additional action is needed on our part when we receive a GPC signal, but we treat such signals as a valid consumer privacy request to the extent applicable.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information and Customer Data for as long as your Account is active, for as long as necessary to provide the Service, and as required for our legitimate business purposes such as complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. When we no longer need information, we will delete or de-identify it. Backups and archival copies may persist for a limited additional period as part of routine disaster-recovery practices.

7. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include encryption of data in transit, encryption at rest for stored data, access controls, network protections, logging and monitoring, and least-privilege practices for our personnel. No method of transmission or storage, however, is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorized access at support@laundrymanagerpro.com.

8. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • Access. The right to confirm whether we process your personal information and to request a copy of it.
  • Correction. The right to request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
  • Deletion. The right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Portability. The right to receive your personal information in a portable, machine-readable format.
  • Opt-out of marketing. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any message we send or by contacting us at support@laundrymanagerpro.com. Even if you opt out of marketing, we will continue to send transactional and service-related communications.
  • Withdraw consent. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
  • Lodge a complaint. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.

To exercise these rights, email us at support@laundrymanagerpro.com or write to us at the address in Section 14. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before honoring a request. If you are an Authorized User of a customer’s account, please direct requests about Customer Data to the customer (typically your employer or business), who acts as the controller of that data.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, grants you specific rights regarding your personal information. In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 2 (identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet or other electronic network activity information, geolocation data limited to general region, professional or employment-related information, and inferences drawn from the foregoing).

We do not sell or share personal information. We have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the preceding 12 months, and we do not have actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” choice to exercise.

California residents may exercise rights to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal information, and may designate an authorized agent to make requests on their behalf. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us at support@laundrymanagerpro.com.

10. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to such transfer and processing.

If we process personal data subject to the European Economic Area or United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation, we rely on appropriate legal bases, including performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating the Service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required. International transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for use by businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact support@laundrymanagerpro.com.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (such as by email or in-Service notification) before the changes take effect and update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Privacy Policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
