Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Northstar Logic Group LLC (“Northstar Logic Group LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our websites, create an account, or use the LaundryManagerPro service (collectively, the “Service”). It applies to personal information of website visitors, prospective customers, account holders, and authorized users of the Service.
Our commitment
We do not sell your data. Ever.
We do not sell, rent, license, or trade your personal information or your Customer Data to data brokers, advertisers, or any other third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This is a permanent commitment built into how we run the Service.
1. Introduction and Scope
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms a part of our Terms of Use. When we process personal information that you or your authorized users submit to the Service in the course of running your laundromat operations (for example, technician contact details or vendor records), we generally act as a service provider or processor on your behalf; your own privacy policies and notices to your employees, contractors, and vendors govern how their personal information is collected and used in your business.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide: account information (name, business name, email, phone, role, password); billing information (processed by our third-party payment processor — we do not store full card numbers); customer data you and your authorized users submit through the Service (store and machine records, repair tickets, work orders, technician and vendor contacts, maintenance schedules, files, photos, notes); and support and marketing communications.
Information collected automatically: device and connection data (IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, language settings, time zone, referring URLs); usage data (pages visited, features used, actions taken, dates and times of access); and cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5). We may also receive limited information from third parties such as our payment processor, authentication providers, and analytics providers.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to: provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service; process subscriptions, billing, and payments; respond to inquiries and deliver support; monitor and protect the security and integrity of the Service; understand how the Service is used so we can improve features, performance, and reliability; send marketing communications where permitted by law (you can opt out at any time); comply with applicable law; and exercise or defend legal claims. We may aggregate or de-identify information so that it no longer reasonably identifies a particular individual and use it for any lawful business purpose.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only: with your authorized users, according to the role-based access controls you configure; with service providers and sub-processors (cloud hosting, database infrastructure, payment processing, transactional email delivery, authentication, error monitoring, analytics, customer support tooling) bound by written agreements limiting their use of personal information and prohibiting them from selling it; for legal and safety reasons where disclosure is required or appropriate; in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition; and with your consent.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand how visitors interact with the Service, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. Most browsers let you refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent; if you disable cookies, some parts of the Service may not function properly. We honor Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signals where required by applicable law.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information and customer data for as long as your account is active, for as long as necessary to provide the Service, and as required for our legitimate business purposes such as complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. When we no longer need information, we will delete or de-identify it. Backups and archival copies may persist for a limited additional period as part of routine disaster-recovery practices.
7. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction — including encryption of data in transit, encryption at rest for stored data, access controls, network protections, logging and monitoring, and least-privilege practices for our personnel. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorized access at support@laundrymanagerpro.com.
8. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information; to opt out of marketing; to withdraw consent; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, email us at support@laundrymanagerpro.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before honoring a request. If you are an authorized user of a customer’s account, please direct requests about customer data to that customer, who acts as the controller of that data.
9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, grants you specific rights regarding your personal information. We have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the preceding 12 months, and we do not have actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” choice to exercise. California residents may exercise rights to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal information, and may designate an authorized agent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
10. International Users
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where we process personal data subject to the EEA or UK data-protection regulation, we rely on appropriate legal bases and safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for use by businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact support@laundrymanagerpro.com.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or integrations that we do not own or control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third parties.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (such as by email or in-Service notification) before the changes take effect and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after the updated policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
