Is there really no setup fee?
Really. Guided onboarding is part of the product — we help get your stores, machines, team, and PM routines into the system so week one isn’t spent figuring it out.
Do I have to be a multi-store operator?
No. One store is $20/month, and the product earns its keep the moment more than one person touches repairs.
Does this replace my payment system or machine alerts?
No. We don’t process payments and we don’t read machine telemetry — financial figures are ones you enter. We coordinate the repair work: the part between the breakdown and the machine earning again.
Do outside repair companies need a paid seat?
No. Vendors work from private job links — no account, no login, no charge. Unlimited vendors, included.
Do technicians get mobile access?
Yes. The whole product is mobile-friendly in the browser — techs see their assigned work, post updates and photos, and check machine history from the floor.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Month to month, no contracts. Add a location for $20, drop one and stop paying for it.
