Why is there a setup fee?

Because dropping you into an empty system doesn't help anyone. The setup fee covers the work of getting your stores, machines, team, and PM routines into the system so the first week isn't spent figuring it out.

Do I have to be a multi-store operator?

No. Starter works for single-store operators. The product really starts to earn its keep when more than one person is touching repairs or when you run more than one store.

Does this replace my payment system or machine alerts?

No. We don't process payments and we don't read telemetry. We coordinate the repair work — the part between the alert firing and the customer never noticing.

Can I manage preventative maintenance schedules?

Yes. PM schedules live on the machine they belong to. Overdue and due-soon items show up next to your open repairs, and any due item can be turned into a work order with one click.

Do technicians have mobile access?

Yes. Techs get a mobile shell with their assigned work, status changes, notes, photos, and the full history of the machine they're working on.

Is training included?

Yes. The guided setup covers basic onboarding. Larger rollouts can add dedicated sessions if your team needs more hands-on time.

Can pricing scale as we grow?

Yes. You can move from Starter to Growth to Enterprise as store count, machine count, and team size change.
